Welcome, I’m So glad you are here

Meet Jenna

Hi, I am Jenna, Founder and Owner of Crescent Moon Wellness. A safe place for adult, families and teenagers to grow and heal.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, collaborative space for clients to explore growth and healing. I specialize in working with young adults navigating anxiety, identity, and life transitions, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ individuals and families. My approach is grounded in mindfulness and connection — I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership.

Drawing from evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, I help clients process past experiences and build tools for resilience and self-acceptance. Whether you’re adjusting to change, seeking clarity, or learning to manage anxiety, I aim to create an environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence and compassion.

The crescent moon symbolizes new beginnings, growth and potential, guidance, transition and change.

Safe Space & Inclusivity statement

Crescent Moon Wellness is committed to creating a therapeutic environment where all identities, experiences, and stories are welcomed and honored. My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and supported without judgment. I strive to cultivate a space where clients of all genders, sexualities, cultures, and backgrounds can explore their experiences authentically and safely.

My work is guided by an awareness of how systemic oppression, and other forms of marginalization—shapes our lived experiences. I am committed to actively challenging these systems within my practice by fostering empowerment, promoting equity, and continually examining my own approach with humility and care.

In our work together, you can expect compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique journey. My goal is to ensure that you feel empowered, affirmed, and truly at home in the therapeutic space.
